We have filed for trademark protection with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and actively monitor the use of our brand to protect its integrity and the families who rely on our product. Unauthorized use of the Happy Plate™ name or likeness may be subject to legal enforcement.

Plate Buddies™ is the official trademark of our printable character mats, themed recipes, and kid-friendly mealtime tools designed to work alongside the Happy Plate™ system, or on their own with any clear plate.We have filed for trademark protection with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and actively protect the Plate Buddies™ name and brand elements.
