Ingredients
- 1 ripe tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro*
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Stir together gently.
- Chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes if time allows.
- Serve with quesadillas, chips, or spooned onto veggies!
- Stays fresh for 2 days in the fridge
